BEACH CEREMONY: $ 750.00 (2-25 People)

- Includes a room for the bride to get ready, a steamer for her dress, and a bottle of champagne to start the celebration.
- The beach is furnished with wind screen, benches, torches, flowers, a unity table, P.A. sound system for microphone for the couple, and an ipod or musicians. Flowered covered arbor - add'tl $50.00.
 

 
GARDEN GATHERING: $ 1,000.00 (2-25 People)

Includes Includes the BEACH CEREMONY plus
- A pre-wedding reception for parents to greet their guests and roam the gardens, champagne punch and 2 hors d'oeurves passed.
- A gift table and a tall vase with shells for guests to sign as a "guest book" (or a traditional guest book).
- The foyer, front gate, door and deck are all decorated to your theme and color.
- Ipod music provided. (Live music: violin and/or cello - $150.00 each extra.)

DREAM WEDDING: $ 2,000.00 (2-25 People)

Includes PRE-WEDDING GARDEN GATHERING and BEACH CEREMONY plus
- Cake table with cake and/or cupcakes on display.
- Valet parking if needed.
- Rooms for bridal party and mothers to get dressed (with champagne and handpainted champagne glasses to calm the nerves).
- Steamer for dresses.
 

 

CEREMONY:
- Any help you need putting it together.
- Officiant contacts ($150.00 - $325.00).
- Programs for each guest.
- Beach set up: Torches, benches, wind screen, unity table, arbor, P.A. system & microphone, music from ipod (accompanist/vocalist $150.00 each).
- Flowers on screen and ends of benches.
- Champagne toast and shell toss after the ceremony (champagne - $12.00/bottle).

RECEPTION:
- Caterer: Mary Beth Hanson, "A Perfect Party" (est. $23 - $28/person.
- Server: $125/server (1 server: 2-25 people, 2 servers: 25-50 people, 3 servers: over 50 people)
- If you choose to use another caterer, they must meet with me prior to signing a contract, and there may be an additional charge.


LINENS AND SUCH - $10.00/PERSON, INCLUDES:
- Buffet table, table cloth, centerpiece, candles, bar table with cloth.
- DJ table, cloth, and electrical cords.
- Round tables for 6 with linen table cloths (color of your choice), linen napkins tied with ribbon, silverware, serving dishes, serving utensils, cake cutting set, coffee pot and cups (china or paper), wine glasses, champagne glasses, plastic cups for punch and water.
- Unity table, gift table, cake table (all decorated).
- Water pitcher, punch bowls, cocktail napkins, coolers.
- Anything else you need.
 


 

DECORATED BUFFET TABLE:
- Tables - round tables for 6 around pool area and on deck or inside depending upon the weather.
- Chairs with white covers and bows of your color theme.
- Centerpieces: $5.00 - $25.00 depending upon the cost of your flower choice and if you use one of my styles.

BAR SET UP:
- Wine - $8.00 - $12.00/bot
- Beer - $18.00/case (NA included).
- Soda - whatever cheap price I can find.
BAR TENDER; $125.00


DJ: Jay Goodlay Entertainment $650.00.
- My sound system, my provided DJ and IPOD music - $200.00.
- You provide IPOD and your own DJ and use my sound system - $75.00 set up charge.

DANCE AREA:
- Totally transformed into a fairyland of lights, torches, candles, luminaires, flowers, enclosure for bad weather, and heaters (anything you want).
- Full set up and clean up.

We will meet, and you tell me your dreams, and then I will take care of all the details including contacting and contracting the officiant, DJ, servers, bar tender, musicians, motel for wedding night, motel for guests, and providing a car to take the couple to the motel.

You will receive an estimate after our planning meeting, and an update the week before the wedding.

I will pay all vendors the night of the wedding, and you will receive a final bill within a week after the wedding (after the empty bottles have been counted).

 


 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- "SAVE THE DATE" Invitations: I design - $25.00 + $.50-$1.00/card.
- Wedding invitations: I design - $25.00 + $1.00-$2.00/card.
- Thank you notes using one of your wedding photos - $.50-$1.00/card.

CAKE: $75.00 - $400.00
GROOM's CAKE: $100.00 - $200.00.
CUPCAKES: $1.00/cupcake.

FLOWERS:
- Bridal bouquet - $20.00 - $45.00.
- Bridesmaids - $15.00 - $20.00.
- Mothers/Grandmothers - $10.00
